Whatever stage you are at, I work in tandem with your team to meet (and/or identify) goals and stay on track. I prioritize communication and preparedness so we are everyone is on the same page throughout the project.
With a Ph.D. in Youth Development and over a decade in youth justice, my unique background is a bridge between the world of juvenile justice to youth justice. My work is grounded in an ecological understanding of youth development and approach to reduce risk factors and promote protective factors within and around young people.
As a university instructor, curriculum developer, training facilitator, and conference presenter, I bring years of experience delivering engaging trainings in online and in-person settings. I am able to work with you on a range of tasks, from designing convening agendas to delivering trainings and presenting on your behalf.
By building trust and working in partnership, we can co-create research and evaluation designs to answer your questions. We will define success and identify its metrics, and utilize methods that align with your goals and community.
